Ted Wagner leads Zayo’s initiative to deliver the industry’s most comprehensive Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) platform. As the architect behind DynamicLink, he empowers enterprise customers with real-time control to activate, scale, and manage their networking environments—leveraging a rich suite of services, features, and configuration options.
Before joining Zayo, Ted served as Global Head of Interconnection Product Management at Equinix, where he oversaw the Equinix Cloud Exchange Fabric portfolio. Under his leadership, the Fabric evolved into a globally distributed, software-defined interconnection solution that securely links infrastructure and digital ecosystems across Platform Equinix™.
Earlier in his career, Ted was Vice President of Product Management at Level 3 Communications, directing the company’s Data Services portfolio. He also held multiple product leadership roles and spent formative years at a software startup in Austin, Texas, where he honed his entrepreneurial and technical acumen.
Ted holds an MBA from DePaul University in Chicago and a BS in Management Information Systems from St. Cloud State University in Minnesota.
