Comcast Business, Chief Solutions & Product Officer

Bob Victor is Chief Solutions & Product Officer at Comcast Business, where he leads the development and lifecycle operations of the company’s full portfolio of products and services. In this role, he is responsible for driving innovation, scaling next-generation solutions, and ensuring customers receive industry-leading performance, reliability, and value.

From 2014 to 2019, Bob served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Comcast Business, where he oversaw financial strategy, planning, and operations during a period of rapid growth. He also spearheaded the development of Comcast Business’s Off-net Access capabilities and broader strategy function, expanding the company’s reach and strengthening its competitive position.

Earlier, from 2008 to 2013, Bob was Senior Vice President of Strategic and Financial Planning for Comcast Corporation. He managed the consolidated budget, long-term strategic plan, and capital allocation, and played a central role in shaping new growth initiatives. Notably, he led the integration of NBCUniversal into Comcast following the landmark acquisition, helping to transform the company into a global media and technology leader.

Prior to joining Comcast, Bob was a Partner and Managing Director at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he advised leading companies worldwide in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice.

Bob serves on multiple boards, reflecting his commitment to education, the arts, and industry leadership. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Boards of Mastery Charter Schools, the Philadelphia Chamber Music Society, and Mplify (formerly MEF Forum). He also represents Comcast on the board of Cresta.ai, a fast-growing AI company.

Bob is a graduate of Dartmouth College and Harvard Law School. He lives in the Philadelphia area with his wife and two children.
