Kevin Vachon serves as the Corporate Development Officer at Mplify. In this capacity, he oversees corporate development activities, strategic business development, major program management, and the evolution of the member engagement and governance model. In 2025, Kevin led the rebranding initiative from MEF Forum to Mplify Alliance, which included redesigning the membership structure to accelerate community engagement and expansion.
Before taking on his current role, Kevin served as Chief Operating Officer from 2006, playing a pivotal role in globalizing Carrier Ethernet services and certifications while laying the groundwork for the successful development and scale of Lifecycle Service Orchestration (LSO) APIs. Kevin also established and successfully executed the annual Global NaaS Events (GNE).
Prior to joining Mplify, Kevin was CEO at DIATEM Networks Inc., a Carrier Ethernet software company, from 2003 to 2005. From 1996 to 2002, he was President and CEO of NUVO Network Management, a network management outsourcing company. Earlier in his career, he held senior management roles at NUVO and held a variety of positions at Gandalf Technologies, a network equipment manufacturer.
