With 30+ years in global telecom, Divesh leads Product Lifecycle Management for Professional Services at PCCW Global, overseeing several software development teams dedicated to reshaping how global data & voice connectivity is delivered.
Under his leadership, PCCW Global has launched two flagship Professional Services platforms. (1) Console Connect Private Label enables resellers to offer Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) and cloud connectivity under their own brand, expanding access to automated, on-demand networking. (2) And secondly, the open-source LSO API Adaptor service empowers wholesale partners by translating proprietary APIs into open standards, facilitating seamless integration and interoperability across ecosystems. Prior to this, Divesh worked on optimizing quote-to-order workflows, developing systems like QuickQuote, which helped reduce response times from weeks to mere minutes.
Divesh is Co-Chair of the Test & Certification committee at Mplify; is an ONF certified SDN associate (OCSA); has a MEF-SDCP certification. He attained his MBA from University of Iowa, Tippie School of Management in May of 2006 and also holds an Engineering degree in Electronics & Communications from Manipal Institute of Technology.
